Founded in 2011, ASSIST started as a computer assistance company-solving problems, bringing people closer to technology, and building trust with every call.
In 2015 we reached a milestone by joining UFC Brazil, deploying, operating, and supporting the event’s monitoring infrastructure. We then became the go-to team for large productions such as Planeta Atlântida and Ironman Brasil, gaining experience in environments where downtime is not an option.
By 2023 we consolidated our innovation DNA with in-house platforms, scripts, and automation systems. Most incidents are now resolved automatically through planned redundancies, keeping uptime near 100% and giving clients full predictability.
ASSIST’s future is continuous-built on evolution, purpose, and technology that never stops.
Early on it was clear our role went beyond help desk support. In 2012 we began designing and deploying full infrastructures for major events where connectivity decided the success of every operation. That taught our team to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and top-tier technical requirements.
From 2018 onward we brought that expertise to corporate environments, delivering the same level of performance to companies and institutions. We entered the Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Corporate verticals, serving clients such as WEG, Telebrás, the Government of Santa Catarina, and several city halls with stable, secure, well-governed networks.
Today we keep writing the next chapter, scaling our presence, refining processes, and adding new layers of intelligence, observability, and automation to everything we do. Each rollout turns data into decisions and connectivity into reassurance.

Experience in mission-critical scenarios gave birth to a structured operation: living documentation, reproducible processes, and teams that understand the business impact of uptime.
Over time that calling became something bigger: turning connectivity into stability.
