## The challenge

With a factory, administrative areas, and off-site facilities, Primor Doces e Caramelos ran on analog infrastructure, legacy cameras, and decentralized communications.

The company needed to modernize connectivity and security without slowing the production pace of a brand established in 1945 — while gaining visibility and predictability across the entire operation.

## The solution

We started the project in 2017 by expanding the internal network at the headquarters in Tijucas, Santa Catarina, and evolved it into an end-to-end managed operation:

- Configured redundant routers and extended the internal network to every area of the factory.

- Replaced analog cameras with more than 100 IP cameras with centralized recording and 24×7 monitoring.

- Deployed IP telephony connecting production, administrative, and off-site units.

- Real-time dashboards, automated alerts, link balancing, and a response SLA under 30 minutes.

The same architecture was extended to the company's guava orchard, keeping connectivity, telephony, and monitoring running across a sustainable, pesticide-free operation.
